Yes and no. OU never actually applied for admission to the PAC 12, only inquired. I think they knew the answer long before it became public, but when it became public, by the language used it appeared they (OU) got shot down. I think OU should have kept quiet like they had been doing and continued to hammer out a deal somewhere, but sometimes the eagerness to flex can cause grief. I really hope they still have plans to bolt.
