When will we see the new athletics schedules released? I'm wondering when the first chance to support LSU in College Station will be

A&M guys have said early-Mid December....
Hopefully its even sooner with Mizzou being official today. We'd be naive to think they haven't been working on 14 game, Mizzou in the East schedules for at least 2-3 weeks now.

We don't know if Mizzou will be in the SEC next year or not.

They will be if they tell the Big 12 to go frick themselves.
Nowhere in the Big 12's exit policies does it say "if you leave us in a position to be at only 9 teams, you can not leave".
Plus, several Big 12 admins (couKUgh) have said the conference does not need Mizzou. Surely they want them to leave ASAP.

Barring a Baylor lawsuit, they're in.

It's not just Baylor it's the whole conference. The B12 has to have 10 teams for the TV revenue. If WVU can't make it in next year then they all have to find a replacement game.

They said WVU would be in for 2012. Glad they've got that figured out.

Exactly. The Big 12 announced to the whole nation that WVU would be playing as #10 in 2012. It isn't Missouri's problem if that doesn't work out. If it wasn't written in stone, they shouldn't have announced that.

I love the big 12's hypocrisy. They say Mizzou and A&M can't leave because of what will happen to their contracts and the instability it would cause, yet they're perfectly willing to, and okay with, poaching schools from another BCS conf regardless of what happens to those other schools or that conf's legal contracts.
Where were Boylor and Kansas to cry about the legal rights of the Big East schools that will lose their football conference if the big east drops to 5 teams?
