Can't see New Mexico. They're downright turrible. Tulsa is a third Oklahoma team. I could see Tulane or Latech ahead of those two.
I think the 10th team has to be BYU or Air Force. There's just not that much else out there--WVU and Louisville are way too far away.

Not in a Division with the two Kansas school, they aren't. Put BYU and Air Force with them. Weak division ripe for the picking for the UT-OU winner.
