Big stadium. Rabid football fans. Located in the Southeast.

I'd say Fla St fits the bill more than Clemson...

If Clemson was in North Carolina instead of South Carolina, I would bet the SEC would be ready to soon vote them into the SEC as number 14. They would be perfect, but are located in the wrong state.

This is all about TV sets and the new SEC network.

I agree with Clemson. I dont think Slive and co. will add another national powerhouse like FSU. And FSU wouldnt leave the ACC for the SEC. That would be stupid on their part to go from a conference that they can barely win in to the SEC. Don't get me wrong though, I think Jimbo is taking the program in the right direction, but I think they need a few more years to be that national threat like they used to be year in and year out in the 90s.

This isn't about who the SEC should add...this is more about which school has that SEC feel...

Clemson has an SEC feel to me

FSU doesn't have that feel...I don't why, but I wouldn't mind having them come in.

Same school except one has a lake.

Bias aside, Clemson is an SEC school in the ACC. Everything about that school screams SEC.

No idea myself but i've heard several times SMU has a very SEC feel to it. Maybe not the football program but the school in general.

I'm not sure of how many SEC schools where the average student has a net worth of a billion dollars

Clemson by far IMO is the most SEC, then FSU or UNC I guess.
