How much is Texas 1st tier rights worth?

With all the talk of LHN ($15 million a year) for 3rd tier rights, what's Texas 1st tier rights worth?
If UT goes Indy, how much could they get vs being part of the PAC-12/ACC deals?

They are worth a good bit but I doubt if they hit the domers money, but you never know..... JMO
