If it seems like I'm raining on this SEC parade, it's simply because I'm reporting the news and not getting ahead of myself or caught up in the excitement yet. With all that said, it goes without saying that momentum seems to have shifted in the SEC's favor for the first time since the process started (this happened over the weekend).
