It sounds like Stallings just wants to come out and say it. A&M to the SEC.

Stallings is awesome. Quote, "You better be a grown man before you go into that conference".
When asked his opinion of the SEC.
Summary:
TAMU is going to do what it wants to do, regardless of Texas.
Stallings has an opinion (seems to be a strong one) of where TAMU should go, but is not going to express it publicy.
Stallings does not like the idea of Texas trying to bully TAMU. It pisses him off.

HA...Paul is trying to get SOMETHING out of Coach Stallings, but coach isn't taking it. But you could definitely read between the lines on how he felt...
