Fun Conference Rules that would never happen

If you don't win the conference title in x number of years, then you get booted out.
That would make for some interesting television.

That would be fun to see from year to year.
There would eventually be an ACC with Vandy, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Kentucky and an SEC with Virginia Tech, Florida State, Miami, and Georgia Tech.

ACC should relegate its last place team to the Big East.
SEC should be paired with CUSA.
B1G/MAC, PAC/MWC, XII/Sun Belt.
Merge what's left of the WAC into the MWC and Sun Belt so you have an even number of conferences and five pairings.
