No way he'd get rid of that

It will end. [Especially] If no 14th team is added, an SEC out-of-division game will be gone for all SECw schools. It is the only way - it adds an extra conference game for SECw schools. Only way to make it "even" is get rid of SECe game. I don't see how adding Mizzu could correct this.

frick that

LSU-UF is as much a part of the SEC as UA-UT and AU-UGa.. that would suck to see that game go away

I think aTm and Mizzu join the west then Bama and Auburn move east and Vandy moves west.

PS I got some expansion for EA.

No, it means LSU will win the west and play in the Championship game every year.

Didn't mean it wasn't credible, I just don't think many LSU or UF fans care that much from what I gather.

Wrong.. a lot of us here look forward to it as one of the biggest games every year.. I mean we don't hate them nearly as much as the SEC west people.. but it's always a good game, and there's more mutual respect and all that crap.

I don't know if you could make an SECw team drop an SECe team if the west is 7 and the east is 6 because then you would have some SECe teams only playing 7 conference games instead of 8, and unless those teams could find an OOC team that had an off week at the same time as that scheduled SECe-SECw game, they would be stuck at only 11 games and not 12.

In order to make a 13 team schedule work, the SEC would need to get an NCAA waiver allowing all of the teams in one division to not play round robin and so some of your SECw teams wouldn't play each other.

If everybody plays the same number of games and the east does a round robin (both most likely), then the west cannot play a full round robin, but some will. Those teams will play fewer games against the east. For example, if we organize like the MAC, east teams will play a 5-3 sched (18 x div games) and the west will have 3 team play a 6-2 sched and 4 teams play a 5-3 sched (18 x div games). You can vary it, but something like this will result.
