They can't even bring fans into their stadium (which btw is pretty damn nice considering it's baylor) to stand for their team...

That is what I was most disappointed about Friday night while attending my first Baylor Football game. As I looked around and saw all that purple I thought TCU has almost as many fans here as Baylor. What a shame it must be to have your visitor make up 50 percent of the crowd. Baylor does have a good all around sports program and I would like to see them SEC bound next year.

While Baylor's likely to get left out of realignment, and rightfully so, I do think the Baylor bashing is misinformed. Baylor's football tradition is better than Tech, which sucks. Baylor also has a well-rounded AD, and is 5th in the Big 12 in titles. They are better than Iowa St and Kansas St, which add nothing.

And the reason the rest of the SWC got ditched is simple: THEY WERE ALL ON PROBATION (except Rice). SMU, Houston, and TCU got left out of the Big 12 because they were on probation, not because of Baylor's political maneuvering. Baylor's politcal pull got the Big 8 to expand to 12 instead of 10 teams. Once that decision was made, not taking Baylor would've been almost indefensible.

And the stadium is like 5 miles from campus. You can't walk from campus to Floyd Casey. Which is a crappy, crappy stadium.
