Bring back the hate!!!!!!!

This Aggie is pumped to resume our yearly series!!!
I graduated in 1989. As y'all know, we opened the season each year with LSU in the late 80s thru early to mid 90s.
I think we were 1-3 against y'all during my tenure, but had a good stretch in the 90s.
I'll never forget, in 88 or 89, we played in Baton Rouge, with the Ags undefeated and ranked #5. LSU was down. Myself and 3 buddies road tripped . It was intense, with a 10-9 loss I think. We were drunk, and barely got out of the stadium alive. I remember running with beer bottles flying by my head which were thrown by angry Tigers!!
Nonetheless, cudos to success. Y'all are on another level. No matter how the games turn out, it's fun to resume this series.

aTm , please join the conference to give LSU someone to fight with. They all hate Bama , but they are a distant 3rd on our relevancy scale. And frankly, if we played Florida every year, they'd drop to #4.
Their pseudo rivalries with ole miss and Arkansas are jokes, so come aboard, they need someone who can bring the hate .

i appreciate the intent of your post but i really have to question your memory. i have been attending LSU games at Tiger stadium since the 60's and i've seen some rude fan behavior but throwing beer bottles? i have never seen beer bottles in the stadium. flasks of whiskey, yes. small bottles of whiskey and various containers to smuggle it in but no beer bottles. i have witnessed fans throwing stuff in every stadium i have visited with by far the worst at wisconsin. student sections are notorious for throwing cups, ice, (even oranges)etc and i suggest visiting fans stay away from the student sections at any college game. unless, of course, if the fans are the age of the students and are fine with the behavior of drunk young people. wearing LSU clothing at away games has subjected me to a lot of obnoxious behavior but has also opened up mostly good natured jawing and fun times with the vast majority of fans. to me, college football games are not life and death but to some they seem to be. come back to tiger stadium. i can't guarantee you will not encounter a bad fan but beer bottle throwing ain't gonna happen.

well, to hell with your relevancy scale. i think i know what you thought you meant to say, but i think you said what i thought you didn't mean to say. you bama guys may not rate us on YOUR relevancy scale, but we are pretty fricking relevant to the success of your season. i know it's been about 20 years since bama has been relevant (perhaps the majority of your life time), but y'all are relevant and yes, we hate you.

Oh, Baylor has you beat for rude fans. They murdered one of our students at a game in 1926.

One of my favorite movies is shawshank redemption, although I may not subscribe to timothy Robbins political view.
I am just posting on a general forum that happens to be run out of baton rouge. I m man enough to handle that.
