Big 12 Leftovers...MWC or Big East?

If you are one of the projected Big 12 leftovers...which way do you go after all the dominos fall? Do you go East and join the remaining Big East, or go West and join the MWC? I think going west and retaining TCU and getting BYU back gets them a BCS ticket rather then going East!
MOUNTAIN WEST:
Kansas*
Kansas St*
Iowa St*
Baylor*
BYU*
TCU*
Boise St
Air Force
Hawaii
Fresno St
Nevada
Colorado St
UNLV
New Mexico
San Diego St
Wyoming
or
BIG EAST:
Kansas*
Kansas St*
Iowa St*
Baylor*
TCU*
Louisville
Cincinnati
South Florida

Its much easier going West then East IMO. Joining the leftover Big East schools leaves you with having to find too many vacancies to fill. Would that version of the MWC warrant a BCS bid??? That version of the MWC keeps you Texas twice and gets you in California twice as well.
