As long as they can keep the Al. game. Ahh, how nice of them (sure you hear the sarcastic tone in those words).

I am sure the wimps are offering in the best interest of the conference. Let's see - we trade LSU for SC - AR for a rebuilding FL - MsSt for Ky - Ole Miss for Vandy - A&M for GA.

On bended knee, let me thank you for your sacrifice .... whimp!

We said it wouldn't bother us. Get your facts right.

ETA if you knew anything about AU, you would know UT and UF were big rivals of ours. Eat a dick.

Auhhh Auce, I didn't mean to hurt your "whittle " feelings. Jcole, 2 years sounds like rebuilding not reloading.
Why would anyone want to leave the best division in CFB & not be bothered ?

Damn, some people are stupid. In case you kids don't remember, there were times where the East part of the SEC was more powerful than the West. Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee had some mighty strong teams.

it's seldom i agree with the auburn fans but this time i think you are being as a-hole. they are offering something that might facilitate this expansion and i think it's damn good of them. go auburn (shite that hurt). in the long run, with florida, uga and usc in the east is just as powerful as arky, lsu and bama in the west. a&m and msu balance out. in fact, i think that makes a better balance than now. i mean, man, you are really picking a row when there isn't one to pick.

Because a net gain of 1 Big 6 team per year= weaker competition. State and Arky are up right now; UT, UGA, and UF are down. But how long is that going to last? Making the move based on the current balance of power doesn't make any sense: it has, and always will, move around. It wasn't too long ago that the East was the better division.

I'd much rather be in the East, but because I don't think it's right that we don't play UF and UT every year.

Auburn historically is more of an SEC Eastern school than West. They are going back to their roots. That said, I'd miss the LSU/Auburn game

Why did they do this? It seems premature unless you know who the 14th team is. Does this mean 14 comes from the west requiring such a move?

Someone said this because our Prez might know who #14 is and they would put us in the east (Missouri for ex.)

Why move? Just put 14th in the east. Am I missing something ? Keep it simple.
Now if we're considering the addition of both Ok schools, I'll reconsider my "whimp" thought.

Like I said, the thought is it will be two teams from the west, atm & mizzou, moving us to the East.

Basically sec west will be big 8-SWC witness protection
