It's going to cost "between $2400 and $2900" to put this billboard on I-35 for a month.

To donate, send a paypal to texagsdoesstuff@yahoo.com

as of 3:36 PM, $1785 has been donated.

Let's keep the money in the conference - Lamar Advertising is located in Baton Rouge. Just make sure to tell them that you want it level (see The Intimidator at Alex Box).

I went to the 2004 Super Regional at Alex Box. Here was my view.

I am typically a sucker for old ballparks, but I am glad that they tore that mother down.

Yea, that brings back memories.

There are a lot of similar views at Fenway Park.

Up to $2,144. Need exactly $600 more to make this thing happen. Oh, and don't worry, it will be a Lamar billboard.

Donated, but I don't see the change.

This MUST happen so we can laugh at the formerly insufferable, but now comedic, bullshite about dignity, honor, tradition, Don't Mess With Texas Football, etc.

Texas DOT didn't take kindly to "DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS". Bay-LOL-r had to change the campaign within 30 minutes. Guess their legal minds couldn't see that one coming.

The billboard is going up Monday morning in this location. I might have to drive 90 miles just to see it!

that MFer was up there for a WHILE too...

I used to live just up the street from there on Bayour Desiard...damn there were a lot of bass in that section.

(well, they had a billboard just off 165 in Monroe just like it if it's not the same one).

Damn I used to live in Waco (shudder)--know exactly where that sign is! Gonna have to get some of my old friends down there to take a pic for me (if TexAgs doesn't hook me up first )
