I think he has the most up side of all the guys that were serious candidates. No Big Time OC is going to leave a program and come to LSU and not have FULL control of the offense. Les is going to keep his hand in it and whoever it is has to be willing to work with him. It will be a fresh start and an offense that we can establish some sort of identity with. I like him.

Decent hire; I like that he's a fairly young guy with college and NFL experience. Can he recruit?

7 - experience, ability to recruit in Texas, and experience coaching QBs is what I like. We dont need a Malzahn. We need exactly what we got. Were going to a pro-style offense. No need for a wonderkin OC
