I listened to what Jimbo said and that’s what I heard. “I told errybody I plan to be the coach at a&m” is not a guarantee.
I don’t want him as our coach but I don’t believe he’s out. He wants to keep his recruiting class intact while he continues to negotiate his best deal. That deal is either A&M or LSU.

I do not want him, either.
Having said that, it surprises me how everyone forgot how Saban assured us he was not going to be the next coach at Alabama.

If he really wanted to stop the questions, all he would have to say is: "I do not want to be LSU's next coach, and I will not be LSU's next coach"

Not necessarily. When my wife asks me to guarantee I’ll be home from golf at 3pm and I say I plan….
