Briles + Stidham > Herman + any QB in the country. Just saying...

As a redshirt freshman, JT Barrett had 3772 total yards (2854 pass yards) and 45 TDs (34 passing), in 12 games at Ohio St

At Rice, in Herman's first year (only 3rd year ever as an OC) Chase Clement had 3915 total yards (3377 passing) and 37 TDs (29 passing). In his 2nd year he had 4834 total yards (4119 passing), and 57 TDs (44 passing) in 13 games. He also averaged 39.6 on 5 punts as a bonus.

In his first year with GWJr, Ward had 3938 total yards (2828 passing) and 38 TDs (17 passing) in 13 games. In just his 4th game this year, Ward has 1503 total yards (1325 passing) and 13 total TDs (8 passing).

I didn't even add what he did with Miller, Guiton, and Cardele.

Greg Ward is on a pace that would put him over 5000 yards and 45 TDs. Herman can destroy with any QB just like Briles.

Unless you get Briles or we fire Malzahn (not likely), he's most likely going to Auburn

I would love to see an SEC West with Saban, Briles, Herman, Freeze, Mullen, Sumlin and Beliema. That is a shite ton of serious coaching talent. Five of them are offensive minded and 2 defensive minded, but even the defensive ones have respectable pass offenses.

The day of the 9-6 and winning by 6 FGs, games would finally be completely gone.
