Old and tired. He said he's retired after this year from his current position.

While he's well qualified, he's also retired.
I'd be really high on him if he does come, though, as he always had great defenses at Vandy which produced some good NFL talent, like Jamie Winborne.

Yeah, he's good; I saw him in the Fresno State - New Mexico State game where he said he's retiring......he did look kind of "tired."

Don't you think coaching up all the young talent we have on defense, and once again being with a winning organization would rejuvenate him? I remember an old defensive coordinator from the Miami Dolphins that looked old and "tired" and had a great run here at LSU. Granted, he didn't stay long!
