Wish list =/= realistic list

Shocking as it may sound, perhaps SW has reached out to Lincoln Riley’s agent and was told that Riley is good at OU and focused on making the playoffs. Next, he reached out to Luke Fickell’s people and received a similar response about being good at current spot.
Then, he pivots to some NFL coaches and he reaches out to Urban Myer’s people but was told that CUM wanted to give NFL life at least another year. Then, he reached out to Matt Rhule’s people and got a similar response.
So, with Riley, Fickell, Myer, and Rhule scratched from his list, his choices are amongst Jimbo, Aranda, Tucker, and Napier.
Does that change the Rants view on Fisher?

Jimbo is not realistic. I don't know how that narrative has spun out of control over here but your AD is already very aware of that.

You are thinking SW didn’t start the search until after the Florida game. The search was completed by the Florida game.

Jimbo vs Riley/Fickell/Myer/Rhule is one thing.
Jimbo vs Tucker/Napier/Aranda is another.

Should wait until Baylor plays Oklahoma, if Aranda wins that, he'd have a chance to go to the Playoffs and be the definitive top candidate for any job in the country.

I agree. If Amanda beats Oklahoma this place will have Aranda fever. I sort of already do now.

Jimbo is not leaving A&M. He does not want to leave. I can say that with as much certainty as you can imagine.
