Why not wait to see if Herman talks break down with UT??

Even if we are getting played by him and his agent, we know coach O is going to be waiting in the back to be hired, regardless.
Why not try to work out a deal with Herman and then if it falls flat and Texas agrees to something, then move to Coach O who is waiting??
I really hope Aranda stays, because there is a strong possibility that he joins Herman at Texas.. FML!!

I really think Alleva is an egotistical idiot when it comes to this.. Let's be honest, Herman had all the cards from the start. We knew that going in, and if he didn't realize that, he is a COMPLETE idiot!
