Who would be the biggest splash hire?

When Saban was hired by Bama in 2007, he was 56 years old and had 1 title. It was perfect timing for Bama and a big splash hire.
Dabo Swinney is 51 years old with 2 titles. He is experiencing some adversity at Clemson for the first time in a long time. Might it be perfect timing for him to make a move? That would be the biggest splash hire IMO.
$12 mil sounds about right for Dabo

The more I think about it, Dabo and bringing Venables with him might be the ticket.

He's been there and done that. And he has a very good DC in Venables. Plus he can recruit.
