Today is clearly an Aranda day with a few Napier sprinkles. I think the best fads for this fanbase are candidates with a half-baked tie to the state and people of Louisiana.
For example:
"Anyone hearing that Doug Nussmeier is fed up with McCarthy and the Cowboys? Got a buddy in Dallas who runs in rich circles saying Doug loved his time in Lake Charles and wants to coach his own son at the college level..."
"Apparently Brees REALLY regrets retirement and wants to be involved in the game at least on a coaching level. Should Scott kick the tires, even if just for an OC?"
Go on, what can you cook up?

I heard Doug Pedersen really loved his time in Louisiana, calls the state his second home. A buddy of mine's uncle's cousin's grounds keeper said he's meeting Woodward this weekend

Hear me out, Willie Fritz is a two-time NJCAA National Football Champion. Also won Coach of the Year award twice. Has won over 68% of games as a HC. Strong ties to NOLA and only making $1.8MM.
Willie Fritz, come on down...

You can't just throw a seed at the fallow earth and expect an orchard. You have to till the soil, make a neat furrow, and slake the seed's thirst for the cool waters of rumor and innuendo.
"Jack Del Rio became an LSU fan when he played for the Saints. This was the 80s, so it was not uncommon to see him tailgating with Saints staffers in Baton Rouge on fall Saturdays before heading back down I-10 in the wee hours to play on Sunday. Anywho, word is he was completely pissed off at the Redskins name change fiasco in 2020 and wants to get involved in a major college program in a red state. TIFWIW. Sauces."

LOL..unless you begin to consider Band Members and Cheerleaders (like "O") there aren't many who haven't been mentioned.
