Which candidate would retain our defensive staff and recruiting structure?

I think we can all agree, with the swiftness of our moves yesterday, that this wasn't a knee jerk reaction. A plan was formulated, and with the coaching changes, it seems IMO that we are trying to set up the majority of our current staff to be retained, along with their recruits - so I think we should be asking ourselves which candidates are the most likely to not come in and clean house?

Herman's ties to DA are always mentioned, what about the other candidates and their past track records for coaching moves after taking over a program?
