That's a very football ignorant thing to say.

You keep pushing this that people are football ignorant to not want Bo here. The facts are he struggled against spread teams in an era where they were starting to blow up in NCAA. Now you have offenses like that everywhere and you bet your arse everyone is going to copy LSU's blueprint now to make it even worse. Saints have one of the best offenses in the NFL at exploiting weaknesses of defenses. Yeah, it's Payton/Brees but a large part of it is also the scheme.
He had some pretty poor defenses when he left LSU. His last year they were ranked like 50+ in every category on defense with some near the bottom at 80+. His defenses got blown out many times most notable in the conference title game where he gave up 70+ points with his defense. He struggled against spread teams even after leaving LSU.
Just because he was great at LSU almost 15 years ago doesn't mean his scheme is adjusted for modern day NCAA. Can it be good? Maybe, if he adjusted to it. That said, he's a risk right now. The only ignorant person here is you latching on to the guy was great 15 years ago neglecting what he did at Nebraska. They steadily improved his first few years there but they were fricking horrible before he came. Then he started fielding defenses that started to get worse. Go look it up yourself.
