I want a coach with a similar personality as Les Miles. I want a fun-loving coach who loves his kids and trust them to make plays. I want someone who is loved by kids and parents. I don't mind quirky nor do I require him to be an eloquent speaker in front of the camera or at press conferences. I want an offensive guru so there is no need to chase off John Chavis. I want someone who places a huge value on special teams and is willing to use schollies to recruit the best kickers/punters/returners in the nation. I pretty much want a Les Miles clone with a little more expertise on offense.

Jack Del rio. Perfect fit for LSU. He would stay for a long time. Jon Gruden would be great but he would not stay at LSU. He would bounce to NFL in a heart beat.
