What I think comes down...

Coach O. gets a 3-4 yr. contract @ 3 million/yr...with hefty incentives for SECW and NCs...with a modest/relatively small buyout...my guess is that CEO just wants this one good shot at the LSU job to prove that he's up to the task...jmho

The critical players really seem to have a lot of confidence in the current staff...especially DE, who really seems to be comfortable with it...and Guice...
and the two incoming QBs are happy with CEO...and we now have some great OL recruits...CEO has kept these recruits pretty much committed due to his abilities...yes, there could be positive changes on the Offensive side, but that will be a decision for CEO to determine...
