Instead Alleva gave us a coach that was offensive.

I find it comical. We wanted a new coach with a new offense, instead we get a used model from the same mindset as Miles.

His last letter said instinct to adapt ... he knew O didn't have the ability, but that he could instinctively know we needed a change offensively...
