What about this option as OC?

Quit believing every rumor you hear or who you think is the best candidate for the job. When a coach is named OC then go from there. Leave it in the hands to those that are closer to team than you. Even if it is headed by our joke of an AD. Rumors get started and people get upset when they dont happen even though it was fabricated by a rumor.
