No matter what a big win for Texas tomorrow helps us tremendously for Jimbo or Herman , we need to be huge longhorn fans

This more than anyone knows! A friends brother is a well connected lawyer in San Antonio and he claims there is a faction of boosters that will attempt a "coup" to place Herman as coach, if Texas goes down vs. TCU. The biggest thing working in LSU's favor is that there appears to be several internal camps fighting for influence. They range from keep Strong, to Herman, to other options (obviously, that isn't breaking info).

It definitely matters because a Blowout Win would be huge , reading all these sites about Herman and LSU are in negotiations, the only snag is Hermans agent is waiting on Texas to make an offer in time or let them know if they are in the market for a new coach before accepting an LSU offer
