I think the OP means he has ties to Cleveland. He went to Kent St just outside of Cleveland and was on the Cleveland Browns coaching staff under Belichick. Saban certainly has ties to NE Ohio and the Browns, although I think there is 0% chance it happens.

He also coached at Ohio State for a year
