Thinking things will go down like the last two hires

Should Les jet, I'm thinking the hire will be similar to the past two. Joe may already have them on deck. I'm thinking it will be a reasonably successful AQ head coach, but not anyone that you find on the hot lists. Like maybe a Tom O'Brien. Wonder if his D coordinator would come with him.

Alleva's list will look something like this:
1. Gary Patterson
2. Jimbo Fisher
3. Bo Pelini
4. Gus Malzahn
And we will most likely get someone not on the list
