Yes, because baylor has 2 conf. losses. Okie state and okie each have 1 loss.

If the new LSU coach is in the Natty four, we won’t know until that school has completed their season. If it’s any other bowl, we’ll know at the conclusion of the regular season.

Why wait until after the bowl? Coaches leaving for another school have not coached in the bowl game before. Only a coach in the playoffs would stay. The new coach needs to hit the bricks recruiting for the early signing period.

If your not in the playoffs, bowls don’t mean much. Any Coach LSU hires will NOT coach in the bowl game.

Early signing day is December 15. I hope we have a coach in place by then. If we don't, we are at risk of losing our best committed players.
