The more I read and hear about Steeples the more I think this guy might be a superstar

Obviously doesn’t have the experience yet, but I have a feeling this guy is going to be a great coach and recruiter for us. Calling my shot now that he will be a college head coach in the future. Clear leader of men, intelligent, young, hungry, players love him, other coaches respect him.

The way he was able to turn around the high school he coached at is awesome. I am willing to bet he had to get some new players to make that happen and he obviously can relate to high school athletes. So I believe he will be an elite recruiter.

He signed a kid from their in 2020 and interviewed him back then for corners coach.
