Terms of Miles new deal with LSU?????...

SOrry to start a thread for this but have scanned at least 12 threads and none mentioned his new deal.
I am sure ESPN will drop this soon. But I am wondering what changed and how were we able to pursue him.
I hvae read rumors of a 8 win clause and also i read were he wanted 5 miliion and erase his buy out.

Nothing wrong with me. I thought LSU offered him a new deal. Whats your problem its a damn questions. why did that offend you?

There still is no new deal. There is a verbal agreement in principle. In other words, "Les, you want to work here seven more years?"..."Why yes I do". That's not a new deal, that's a verbal agreement as I stated in another thread never left the Athletic Dept building.
No paperwork or contract has been constructed or signed. It's a legit 5 month process that may be done by the start of next season.
