For one year, Aranda/Herman
To build a program long term, Riley
If Herman came here and killed it as an OC for a year, he wouldn't be staying long. The guy was the hottest young coach in football not too long ago, and with every Sarkisian loss at Texas, Herman's reputation is one step closer to being rehabilitated

I love Dave Aranda. I just know that he will never be the head coach here because of his laid back personality. There are too many people to make happy, too much pressure, too much emphasis on recruiting. He knows that Baylor is the perfect fit for him with his Christian ideals and he doesn't care about making more millions that he doesn't really need. If we offered him the job he wouldn't take it. He can have a long career at Baylor with a lot less pressure and be able to spend more time with his family.
