Using the state and school and a base salary of $8 Million/season.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama: $4,662,568

In case anyone wonders why I posted this, it's an indication of the fact that, the only places LSU is at a disadvantage in this area are states with no state income tax, Penn State, and Alabama
