Spurrier was passed over when Archer was hired. Came for an interview and ate at Chris's Steakhouse when Tom Morhan was there.I would be excited to see him at LSU.
BTW......the wives of coaches usually stay behind to sell the houses and finish the semester with the kids. Coach gets on the plane and is treated royally at the new job. Wife loads the SUV with kids, dogs, etc. and drives in.
