I would love to see Spurrier at LSU. I know what you are going to say. That he's a whinie piece of shite. I agree, but he also has the ability to get the most out of the talent that he has. For example, he took Danny Wuerffel and made him a Heisman winner, Rex Grossman (who sucks), was a Heisman candidate for a couple of years. Imagine what he could do with REAL talent. Imagine what he could do with RP...

The only 2 coaches who should be talked about coming to LSU are Spurrier and Saban.

no doubt he would be a great hire, but as said in other threads, his age is a little concerning...

I would love to see Spurrier come to LSU, but they better keep Porter and Crowton for recruiting because Spurrier sucks at recruiting. Then we would have to find a Defensive cor. Find the best in the country and throw the money at him.

I will let you in on the scupe of the day Wednesday spurrier was seen with skip in Florida at the airport at 6 in the morning.My friend was coming home for the holidays and saw them together this is not rumor but the truth.

Rumor? I know this will sound like BS and it may be but I just got off the phone with a friend whose brother is in the big $$$ and is an allumnus who says it is in the works, Miles to Michigan and Spurrier to LSU!
I know rumors are rampant on the rant but these folk are pretty straight up!

Ive heard alot of people say he is not a good recruiter. People from SC and Florida say the same thing. He is a good recruiter of recruiters though.

Like I said, it may all be BS, but these are the type of people who do not do alot of idle talking nor a lot complaining. In fact they are Miles supporters. I think if Michigan has not hired a coach by this time next week we can assume that something is definately going on.

I seriously heard the same thing. Might be from same guy. So since this is true, who is our QB next year?
