Word is Jon Tenuta looks like a prime candidate to become the defensive coordinator at LSU.
Tenuta, who would replace Nebraska-bound Bo Pelini, is considered one of the best in the business. He served as the Yellow Jackets' interim head coach for their Humanitarian Bowl loss to Fresno State after serving as Tech's coordinator for the past six years.
Tenuta also has coordinated defenses at Marshall, Kansas State, SMU, Ohio State and North Carolina.
