You do know the support staff (Strength and Conditioning) (Equipment) have all trained at LSU. A good bunch of guys.

Agreed. Saying it is one thing. Employing it... entirely different. Especially once you consider that him saying that was partially due to positioning for a better job.
But he has to know he won't be taken seriously until he shows he will make a serious commitment to the pass.
