Well, since the administration is redefining words, "updating the website" may constitute part of the "search."
See, it was a very thorough and professional search. They deliberated, took their time, not like A&M that hurriedly hired the ND DC (that hack) the day after we kept Aranda, thereby "beating them" (I'm not sure of what, but that's the narrative).
