He can win alot of games if he keeps some of the kids from NJ. Its a great place to be in my opinion. Rutgers has always sucked until Schiano.

stealth you're right NJ has great HS football as my threads have said. He needs to keep them here and pick up some speed from Fla. He also needs to get the Long Island kids.
Also he needs to stop alientating the NJ population who sees him as a money guy always looking for the best deal and ready to run out.
He also has to deal with the losers who want Rutgers to go back to 1 aa. School is cutting courses and raising tuition because no money but spending a ton on the Stadium upgrade. Non football people are pissed.
