Last article I saw had LSU football as one of the wealthiest programs in the country. I think itt was a top 3 or 5 program. It is self funded with out state revenues.

We were paying one of the highest staff salaries in the nation already. LSU has the money.

I really don't see how. Miles interviewed and liked aranda after the 2014 season, before Herman was a hot name and before miles was on the hot seat.
Les being on the hot seat the next year I don't think he hired the nations top coordinator with getting fired in mind
