Yes fire the coach because the falcons kicker kicked 3 perfect onside kicks. Get the frick out of here.

All he did was kick it slow because our ST coach apparently tells our players to sit back and wait.
31 other teams in the NFL run up and grab that ball. That doesn't even account for college teams (Miss State ran up and fielding one today instead of letting it bounce past him)

In addition to the 3 onside kicks not fielded when only 2 non-surprise onside kicks have been successfully pulled off ALL SEASON, the Saints are good for 2 or 3 block-in-the-back penalties on special teams every game.
