WVU would be a shorter hop to Penn State when that job opens up. Nicky wouldn't hesitate to jump to the Big Ten.

Bama's been hit hard by probation for the last few years. The other teams in the SEC somehow seem to think their recent success wasn't due to fact that the biggest badass in the neighborhood has been on life support. (funny how Bama almost took down LSU this year.)

Saban's doing a great job recruiting. I think he even got somebody from y'alls back yard. Check out how many recruits the barn has from Alabama. Like I said, every Bama fan I know is happy about the direction the program is headed.

Ole Miss and Tulane get recruits from our "backyard" that we don't want as well. what's your point?

Well, like Shakespeare said in Hamlet..."Every cat its mew, every dog its day." Bama's getting well again. I know y'all hate to see it, but you can't stop the tide.

We'll show up. Hell, it would be hard to do worse than losing 11 straight to Auburn/LSU. I think I could get lucky and mix in a W somewhere in there.

Quit your crying about probation. Stop cheating so much and then maybe y'all wouldn't be on probation so much.

Go to tell that to the Barn, they have been penalized the most.

If only Bama wasn't caught cheating.

Congrats on almost beating LSU. Must be a real accomplishment for Bama.

Oh and one more thing:

That's the spirit. Bama will always show up as well. Don't count the Tide out.

I'm surprised Bama did as well as it did these last few years.

I don't know why a LSU fan would find it hard to imagine such a situation. Just look at your own program over the last 30 years.

Having Hallman or Dinardo is worse than probation

If Saban did leave Bama, I doubt the fan base would have the same "thinly-bred terrier that does nothing but shake and piss on itself" reaction that LSU fans apparently can't get over.

Right. I remember how easy you guys were on Francioni when he left.

LOL! I feel your pain. I'll never forget when LSU had a two score lead over the barn with less than two minutes to go, and gave up two interceptions and subsequently lost the game. It must have been agonizing for y'all.

But hey, LSU is on top of its game now. You're playing for the NC. Crap happens, and character shows when you wade through the sh!t and wind up being the Champ. I'll be rooting for LSU to whip the Luckeyes.

Right. And it lasted about 3 months. Not quite the same as the constant kvetching and bowel clenching about Saban that's still going on here.

Well, that's exactly my point. You fail to connect your recent success with the fact that Bama's been on its back for a while.
