That one will be pretty interesting. It seems like schools like Bama, Arkansas and Ole Miss can set their sights on a coach and get them. We, on the other hand, seem to have all of these big name coaches as candidates and then wind up with relative unknowns like Saban and Miles. Hopefully our next one will work out as well.

It makes sense from the standpoint of him being from here but he is getting too old to build up a new program. I'm really suprised he would make this move for all reasons other than being from Arkansas.

Tubby wants to go to the Cowboys...i think its a no brainer.. JJ is from ark then whosh...cowboys. He did the same crap last year for DMAC but the Browns did not lose.

I smell a rat. I think Tubs is playing Auburn using the same playbook Rich Rodriguez used on Bama. It just reeks of the same maneuvering. Remember, we're talking about Jimmy Sexton here....

At this point I don't know what Mr. PineBox will do. I would expect nothing less for reports to come out that he denies taking the job, but what else is he gonna say? Of course this could be all one big leverage deal for Tubbs to get what he wants from AU.

Southern Arkansas, closer to Shreveport. Unless I missed something, he has no real connection to the the university.

he's from Camden, went to South Arkansas. Grew up an Arkansas fan from what i understand though.
