Regardless of who is hired the key is keeping Aranda

I would love to keep Aranda and CEO and hopefully we will....The offensive side doesnt need much of an overhaul...just HC, OC and maybe OL Coach...i love the way CEO is running the team and letting the coaches coach and be responsible for there positions...
Give Aranda a raise
Give CEO a raise and make him DL and Recruiting Coordinator
Make Pete Jenkins Defensive consultant
imo if we did this our defense would be set....now its hiring a HC with a great OC that will open it up and allow the talent we have to flourish
