You are simply uninformed if you believe this. Miles is gone. The deal is done. They don't even want him to stay. There is considerable beleif that LSU has or will waive the buyout to make it easier for him to go.

Maybe we will be sorry if we pass him up, but we could also be sad if we hire him and he is a bust at running program.

So if we hire Saban or Spurrier and they bust this time around (go 6-6 and lose to ULM, lose 5 games straight to end a season) you'll be happy?
This statement applies to any coach.
FYI, in his last 2 college seasons Saban is 16-8. SOS dropped his last 5 games in a row.
