If they had done that then I would think it to be a safe assumption that they already had negotiated a contract to get him to, you know, actually TAKE the job. And instead of addressing the substance of Meno's post, he claims that the guy is so mad. The truth is that tone can't be read in a forum post without a guy implying it with caps or something, and Meno could be calm as could be.
