I think this is the best case scenario. Peetz and Callaway in some way sharing OC/ PGC/ QB coaching duties and Mangus as an analyst.

Mike Kafka - 33 years old. former Northwestern QB. farted around in the league for 5 years, mostly practice squads. Been under Andy Reid the last 4 years.
Pederson offered him an interview to be the Eagles OC this year, but he turned it down and stayed as the PGC for the Chiefs.
